ORDERING INFO
Add item and quantity to your basket then proceed to checkout when you have finished.
Our Vintage Style uses PayPal, an online payment system for accepting payments, as this is a very easy and secure way to pay.
PayPal allows us to accept credit & debit card payments and all information entered will be encrypted.
We are also happy to accept payment by cheque from UK customers. Cheques must be mailed to us prior to orders being sent out. Cheques should be made payable to Emma Gautier and sent to Our Vintage Style, 23 Whitstone Road, Shepton Mallet, BA4 5PW.
DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK MAINLAND
We usually send out orders twice a week, so all orders should be received within seven days. If you are in a hurry for a special reason then please let us know in the comments box when placing your order, and we will do our best to send straight away. We will email you to let you know your purchases have been dispatched.
Our postage costs are calculated by weight so if you are ordering more than one item, postage costs will be adjusted accordingly in your shopping basket.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
Please note our postage costs are currently only for delivery within the UK mainland. We are happy to accept overseas orders. Please contact us for a price of postage and packaging to your required country, as prices vary on weight and destination.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your purchases so any problems will be dealt with quickly and politely.
Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order of any damages, by email or telephone, so we can resolve the problem.
Please return the item in its original packaging to the address below. We will either send a replacement or give a refund if the item is out of stock. Postal charges are not refundable.
